BWMS装置校准证书要求

　　2018年4月13日通过的MEPC.300(72)号决议，通过了压载水管理系统认可规则（BWMS规则），该规则第4.10条求：

　　应提供设备，在换证检验时按生产商的须知规定，检查测量的压载水管理系统部件的性能。为便于检查，船上应备有证明最近一次校准日期的校准证书。只有生产商或生产商授权的人员才能进行精度检查。

　　要求的英原文：Facilities shall be provided for checking, at the renewal surveys and according to the manufacturer's instructions, the performance of the BWMS components that take measurements. A calibration certificate certifying the date of the last calibration check shall be retained on board for inspection purposes. Only the manufacturer or persons authorized by the manufacturer shall perform the accuracy checks.
