　　朋友早晨发给我一段英文，据说是一本书的内容。我细细一看，原来是我在考交通部高级船长时的一道考题。这里是全段的原版英文。我通过电脑上的“有道词典”翻译软件翻译了本段英文。微信“扫一扫”翻译功能翻译的短文。曾经在海事主管机关工作的一位女同胞也翻译了这段英文。
